The location of the hotel was perfect! It was super convenient as it was next to everything, including subway stations. The room was comfy and clean, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast spread was phenomenal, with fresh fruits, juices, and a variety of options. the hotel had great facilities and advantages, such as a fast elevator and lots of nearby restaurants and bars.
The lack of shampoo provided for free, but it was easily solved by buying small ones at the hotel shop.

The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits, breads, and detox juice. The location was very convenient, close to Paulista Avenue. The room was spacious with a good bathroom and a new big TV. The staff was very polite and helpful.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! the location was fantastic - right next to everything, including the subway and lots of restaurants. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with two single beds and a cozy couple-sized bed. And the breakfast included was absolutely amazing, with a variety of fresh fruits, breads, and candies to choose from.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfy, very clean, and provided me with a little oasis in this bustling city. The breakfast was amazing, with freshly prepared juices, fruits, and a wide variety of options. The staff, although not fluent in English, tried their best and always succeeded in assisting me. I enjoyed the cleanliness, hotel facilities, convenient location next to everything, and the helpfulness of the staff.
